Engineering support for INA bearing selection and supply.

Application review and L10 documentation

Our service starts with the operating envelope rather than a part-number guess. Engineers collect radial load, axial load, rpm, duty cycle, temperature, shaft hardness, housing material and lubrication method, then translate those values into a documented INA bearing shortlist. For needle roller bearings we check whether the shaft can act as the inner raceway, whether drawn-cup shell deformation is acceptable and whether the cage selection matches the acceleration profile. For linear bearings we review rail support, carriage preload and alignment tolerance. The output is written for design release: recommended series, dimensional interchange limits, ISO 281 L10 calculation basis, fit notes and risk flags where contamination, oscillation or shock load may shorten service life.

Interchange, MRO and plant-down response

Maintenance teams often need to cross an old INA ball bearing, pillow block bearing, thrust bearing or needle bearing without losing traceability. We compare bore, outside diameter, width, seal type, internal clearance and operating speed before proposing stocked alternatives. When a line is down, the goal is not a broad catalog discussion; it is a rapid risk screen with a documented substitute and a clear note about what has changed. Stock items receive a same-business-day response target, while nonstandard or matched sets move into a controlled RFQ path with bearing grade, quantity, packaging and inspection requirements captured before quotation.

OEM release packs and drawing control

For OEM buyers, we prepare release packs that include datasheets, certificate links, installation instructions and packaging labels aligned with the product family. Typical packages cover ISO 9001:2015 quality documents, IATF 16949 references where automotive programs require them, ISO 492 precision class notes and CE Machinery Directive supporting files for assembled systems. The pack also records bore range, load rating and limiting speed so purchasing, engineering and receiving inspection work from the same data. This keeps replacement orders consistent across regions and reduces the chance of a bearing being selected only by a partial suffix.
